Intended results Increase in Nursing Homes Support Scheme 2018 Budget in recognition of increasing staffing & high dependency care costs. Extension of High Skilled Eligible Occupations List (HSEOL) and Ineligible Categories of Employment List (ICEL) to include the role of healthcare assistant. Introduction of an enhanced funding model to support provision of nursing home care, encompassing true costs of high dependency care.
