Intended results Virgin Media have confirmed to the council that they will be ready to launch their services in Oct/Nov 2017. The inter-connector with Waterford is almost complete. Free Wi-fi will also be available in certain parts of the town and this will be clarified before year end. Broadband was a significant issue for many businesses and it is great to see this issue finally being resolved.
