Intended results To raise concerns with the context underlying this Bill. In particular the Department of Social Protection (DSP) Welfare Cheats Cheat Us All campaign, a campaign that ran contrary to the Department’s own mission statement and three key objectives; and to seek changes in the actual Bill that would limit its potential to undermine the Department's provision of the National Employment Service.
