Minister for Health Simon Harris TD was present at the launch of Rutland Centre Recovery Month. During her opening speech, the CEO of the Rutland Centre asked Minister Harris to fully support, and to ensure the government fully supports, the Public Health Alcohol bill and the Gambling Control bill.
