Specific Details The organisation seeks to commence a capital development for the expansion of its services for women, funded under the Capital Assistance Scheme (CAS) through the Department of Environment, but have been advised that the development does not fall within the Department's current definition of "homeless". The organisation however, has a development underway at present for the same service for men, funded through CAS, at another location in Cork.
