Email All Oireachtas Members On its publications, a press release welcoming the new National Strategy for Women and Girls was issued to all elected representatives of the Oireachtas.

Meeting (1)

A meeting was held with Minister for Health Simon Harris TD to secure the inclusion of a commitment to a Health Action Plan for Women in the Strategy.

Phone call (1)

A follow up phone call took place with the Minister's Special Adviser Majella Fitzpatrick to confirm that the commitment to a Health Action Plan was included in the final draft of the Strategy.

Meeting (2-5)

NWCI sat on the Steering Committee to draft the new Strategy as chaired by Minister of State David Stanton TD.
