Meeting on 2nd February to discuss a number of issues as follows: Night Nursing: seeking progress on funding already committed to Home Care: seeking inclusion of reference to the type of care required for people to die at home in a proposed consultation process on an Irish Homecare Scheme Palliative Care Framework 2016-2019: publication was completed in 2016 but is awaiting ministeral approval and publication Specialist Palliative Care in Midlands: clarification on position of provision of specialist palliative care in Louth/Meath and Midlands areas Bereavement Policy Framework: Discussions on the need for a policy framework for bereavement in Ireland Advance Care Planning: Seeking support for public awareness on the benefits of planning for the future particularly in light of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 Bereavement Policy Framework:
