Intended results To secure Government support for a DLR SME Digital Transformation Programme targeting businesses with Basic digital capability or no website. Practical support would help SMEs progress through e-commerce, online booking, CRM, digital payments, analytics and integrated digital systems, improving business capability and competitiveness.

DLR Chamber's Bespoke Locale Report 2026 assessed 12,087 visibly trading businesses. It identified 2,452 with no website and 2,716 at Basic digital level. The report identifies approximately 5,000 businesses as the principal addressable cohort for progression towards Intermediate digital capability.

Event / Reception (1)

Event held on the 12th May in Mercedes-Benz South Dublin to launch the report. All Government local representatives and Councillors were inviteded to attend with the Business Community. Minister Jack Chambers was our key note speaker
