Attendees were Joe O'Brien and Olga Cronin, ICCL and Mr Justice Birmingham. *Independent Examiner not listed as an option to create a new DPO. Submission made using Commissioner as Title and Department of Justice as Public Body as interim measure to fulfil obligation to submit by deadline.
