Intended results To discuss the issues of housing, planning, zoning, dereliction and town centre footfall. To offer Chamber support for any initiatives to drive development and growth. To request an update on plans and timing for URDF town centre improvements and link access to the railway station. To congratulate the Council on recent improvements to the town, including rain gardens and urban greening - and encourage further improvements, and maintenance of public realm spaces.
