Specific Details IPSA is a not-for-profit organisation which advocates for employee share ownership. IPSA on behalf of its members presented to T.D.'s, Ministers and other parties in Leinster House on 25 September 2025 seeking support for reforms to the taxation of employee ownership trusts and the introduction of legislation following recommendations of the Indecon Review of Taxation of Share Based Remuneration

Intended results Recommending the introduction of a framework for EOTS in Ireland and any related changes to the taxation legislation for EOTs in Ireland similar to the EOT UK tax regime and seeking support for the introduction of such framework.

Meeting (1)

IPSA on behalf of its members presented in Leinster House to TDs/Ministers /members of the Oireachtas organised by George Lawlor Labour TD. IPSA sought support for reforms to the taxation of EOTs and the introduction of legislation for EOTS. Graeme Nuttall OBE and Alan Coleman also attended. A list of attendees is not available as the presentation was in the AV Room by open invitation to members of the Oireachtas with no registration list.
