Specific Details Huge scale biofuels fraud: Irish renewable energy policy strongly supports biofuels in transport which are made from waste (used cooking oil, palm oil mill effluent). In reality Irish biofuels are mostly made from virgin palm oil which is illegal. The department of transport knows about the issue and so did Minister Ryan. However nothing has been done. Ireland is supporting palm oil deforestation while obstructing indigenous renewables production.

Intended results Stopping Biofuels Fraud - by doing what the German government intends to do (ending double-counting, no biofuels from sources which can't be audited, no palm oil waste).
