Specific Details Urgent Concern Regarding the Exclusion of HUB Productions from Ireland’s New Unscripted Tax Credit - Section 487A

Intended results we critical concern regarding the caveat included in section 487A, the exclusion of HUB productions, i.eshows produced centrally for multiple international territories. This restriction has the potential to significantly undermine the very aims of the incentive. These shows generate substantial employment, long-term investment, and reputational value for the host country.
