Feedback to the Department on 17 February on areas for decluttering and simplification of five EU Directives. Feedback to the Department on 24 February on proposed draft amendments to section 817U TCA 1997 (Outbound Payments Defensive Measures). Submission to the Department on 7 March on the Participation Exemption for Certain Foreign Distributions (section 831B TCA 1997). Further feedback to the Department on 2 April on the Participation Exemption for Certain Foreign Distributions.
