Intended results To ascertain the stage of potential amendments preparation and when the Bill may begin Committee Stage with new Oireachtas Health Committee. Raising concerns and unworkable sections for children requiring treatment under the future Mental Health Act (many did not feature in the general scheme of the Bill) as well as highlighting positive aspects of the section.
