Specific Details The unsafe approach to workforce planning by the HSE nationally resulting in growing health and safety concerns due to inadequate staffing and additional workloads

Intended results To advise the HSE that Joint Organising Committees (INMO and Forsa) are to be established within each of the 6 Health Regions in order to progress members mandate. Once these are established, there will be further rollout of the Joint Organising Committees at the hospital and IHA level.
