EAPN Ireland made a submission entitled 'Assessment of Budget 2017 and Strengthening Impact Assessment' and talked off this submission at a meeting of the Oireachtas Budgetary Oversight Committee, which was followed by a discussion on a broad range of budgetary and related issues.
