Specific Details A Submission on the Rental Strategy from the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers: In response to Public Consultation Rebuilding Ireland - Strategy for the Rental Sector:

Intended results Among many proposals; • A legally binding Code of Conduct to be development by which all tenants would be obliged to sign and adhere to when entering a lease agreement . • Once a determination order has been issued to a tenant by the RTB, a set timeframe procedure should be put in place to facilitate the landlord’s legal rights without having to go to court to remove an unpaid tenant from the property.
