Specific Details Fingal County Council Draft Development Plan 2017- prepare submissions for Joe'Keeffe Ministers Road, Lusk and Lands at Swords Road, Malahide Donal Butterly and we forwarded on behalf of both clients Submission Documents to the elected members of the Council for their consideration and that might consider supporting a submission on planning grounds.

Intended results We were on behalf of our clients hoping that the elected members might support the motions and make a revision to the Draft Plan Lusk lands from Industrial to residential and Butterly lands from Green Belt to retirement accommodation.
