Intended results An outright ban on union-busting. Introduce robust protections for union Reps so that they cant be victimised, discriminated against or dismissed for their union activity. Introduce separate robust anti penalisation protections for union members so that they cant be victimisedfor joining a union. Introduce prescribed facilities for union Repsso that they have the means to discharge their functions. The right of workers to access trade union Reps in the workplace.

Mandate are seeking to mark the re-reading of this bill by being in attendance at the Joint Oireachtas Committee ETE Sub-Minimum Wage Hearing 10 July 2024 and seek support for a Public Demo for Inter Trade Unions and Like Minded Organisations to support ISSU, USI, ICTU & DCTU: Leinster House 19 June 2024.
