AGENDA • LWL's role as the Lead Sponsor for the DSP’s pilot countywide CE Childcare programme and the impact of the new childcare regulations on this programme • Community Services Programme and the failure to support the increase in the wage allocation to cover the prevailing minimum wage among other mid-contract changes • A general conversation around recent policy and programme changes which adversely impact women’s access, isolation and equality in a Rural Setting, accepting that many of these are outside the Ministers remit
