Specific Details An email was sent to Ivana Bacik asking her to assist us in getting clarification on the issue of Employer PRSI for temporary workers in the film industry who work as 'Dailies'. We outlined that It is an unworkable situation both for us as production companies and for the film crew members, and we believe the interpretation by Revenue that Karshan is applicable to our Daily workers is incorrect.

Intended results We are seeking exemption for 'Daily' workers from the guidelines issued by Revenue in June 2024 after the Karshan judgement in the Supreme Court.
