Oxfam engaged with officials in Minister McHugh's office and Irish Aid to organise a bilateral meeting between the Minister and Winnie Byanyima in the margins of a panel discussion they were participating in at the GPEDC in Nairobi. This meeting did not occur in the end due to schduling issues.
