April 18th 2023 - Alison Harnett (CEO National Federation) emailed Colm O'Conaill (Assistant Secretary) to share the National Federation's feedback given to the Health Regions team on the draft proposals for Voluntary Sector involvement in the Health Regions. Some feedback also related to wider questions and issues in relation to the development of these health regions.

March 19th 2024 - Alison Harnett (CEO National Federation) sent an email to Colm O'Conaill regarding the proposed Health Needs Assessment that was mentioned in the context of the new Health Regions. Alison highlighted that an assessment of need in the disability context would need to be different to a health related assessment due to the lifelong nature of disability and many other important factors that need to be considered such as social care and supports.
