Intended results To encourage those targeted to advocate for us at Report Stage in the Dail, supporting our call for amendments to the proposed Gambling Legislation to protect charity fundraising by urging the Minister to exclude registered charities from the proposed advertising ban between 5.30am and 9.00pm. We asked the Minister not to commence the relevant part of the Act until an examination of its potential impact on fundraising income can be undertaken.
