Informal communication (1)

Further to a brief encounter an unscheduled informal happen chance meeting with the Minister in Brussels Airport last year on 4th May 2023, I mentioned to the Minister that the old Metrolink Jaspers report may be out of date due to inflation and world events and costs have increased anywhere between 300% to 750% from €3B to €9.5B to €22.5B and is now inaccurate and could be misleading to ABP that I had spoken with the EIB and they are unlikely to provide any funding for the Metrolink project.

I pleaded with the Minister to investigate an alternative to the Metrolink, my alternative proposal The Dublin Loop inspired by what is currently in operation in Las Vegas, a much more affordable option that would be quicker to construct, The Loop currently in operation and with further plans to expand to the whole city 100+ kms of tunnels with connections to the Airport, Stadium, University and every major hotel in Las Vegas.

Could I please have a copy of all and any records and communications both formal and informal in current or past offices or Departments that the Minister or any member of his staff under his instruction or any other Government Depts carried out any due diligence and made any inquiries or visits to The Loop Project currently in operation with the further more ambitious expansion plans compared to the Metrolink proposal.
