We shared a report about the role of vulture funds in the Irish housing market as well as internationally and steps the government should take to address these, including: 1. support more effective collective action clauses 2. Participate in negotiations to develop a sovereign debt resolution mechanism, 3. Participate actively in multilateral framework negotiations, 4. bring about a more equitable financial system with greater transparency

Increased financial transparency , specifically introducing legislation and further regulation to ensure much greater transparency for investors in distressed debt, for example requiring all investors in distressed debt to produce detailed financial reports for the Central Bank of Ireland
