Informal communication (2-5)

Spoke at events with the Minister for Justice and Equality in attendance and met with her afterwards. Met Minister Charlie Flanagan at the UN

Meeting (1)

Met with the Minister for Justice and Equality regarding the refugee and migrant crisis. Shared with her our support of her recent efforts at speeding up relocation and in regard to the unaccompanied minors from Calais. Discussed a proposal for an integration measure with young people.

Emailed the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs Katherine Zappone in support of recent visit to Calais to speed up relocation efforts. Offered UNICEF's support and assistance pre and post visit.

Emailed the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs Katherine Zappone with a proposal to carry out an integration project with young people.
