Specific Details Pre-Budget 2017 Campaign Strategy – Supporting Choice, Control & Fairness for People with an Intellectual Disability in Ireland to live an ordinary life

Intended results Ensure that needs of people with intellectual disability and autism are prioritised in Budget 2017 to enable them live an ordinary life of their choosing. We called on Government to make provision for investment of an additional €100m per annum for the next five years 2017-2021. In this period of economic recovery it is imperative that people with an intellectual disability who are in crisis are prioritised.
