FLAC emailed the members of the Oireachtas Committee on Gender Equality (which concluded its work in December 2022) in relation to the constitutional referendums planned for November this year and, in particular, the process for finalising the wording of the amendments to be put to referendum. A copy of the report compiled by FLAC on foot of its engagement with academics and legal practitioners in relation to the proposed referendums was attached.
