Specific Details This meeting involved the issue of the refusal from An Board Pleanala (PL06F.244265) for Costern (Applicant) following the grant of permission by FCC (FW14A/0095). We were therefore examing the potential of going forward based on the fact that there was an extant planning permission in place in any case as this followed several previous grants of permission from FCC over the previous 8 years on this site.

Intended results We intended to obtain future security of the zoning without a local objective and suggested that possible other zonnings could be utilised on these lands including CI zoning (Community Infrastructure) zoning that facilitates Nursing Homes as the Clients were keen to commence but needed to amend the application to reduce size
