We work with 350 of adult victims and survivors of, for many, what was childhood sexual abuse, although some of our victim and survivor group were young adults when they were abused. In this lobbying return period revelations were made by former students at Blackrock college about sexual abuse. In light of this our victims and survivor group, who in unprecedented scale in the state were abused by one person, wish to be included in any State inquiry into sexual abuse. Under direction from the victims and survivors we support, we contacted politicians, requesting meetings, asking to be included in Dail debates and lobbying to be considered as part of any broader inquiry.

Contact was made with local politicians Peadar Toibin and Ged Nash who represent constituents who engage our services.
