Specific Details Invitation to attend the Women's Aid webinar 'Time To Talk About Porn' on 25 November 2022.

Intended results To inform attendees of the result of research carried out on the pervasiveness and harm of pornography in society. The findings highlight the connection between pornography, sexual development, gender inequality and violence against women and girls. Women’s Aid makes recommendations to address and curtail these harmful behaviours, better protect children and young people from exposure to pornography and to support victims/survivors of image-based sexual abuse in a timely and appropriate manner. The findings also show strong support for age-appropriate education for children and young people about sex, relationships, mutuality, consent, and respect as part of school SPHE and RSE curriculum.
