Specific Details Currently, most students in HECA member HEIs are unable to avail of either the SUSI or FSD. The proposed amendment provides an opportunity for students attending HECA member HEIs who are awarded designated institutions of higher education status under the HEA Bill to access SUSI and FSD.

Intended results The provision of SUSI (and FSD) for eligible students of HECA member higher education institutions (HEIs).
