Letter to Minister Ryan and cc Minister O Brien to raise concerns about the Renovation Strategy of Residential Units. The 'one stop shop' renovation model should include appropriate independent professional oversight to ensure the renovation of units is entirely appropriate in the interest of protecting buildings, particularly older buildings
