Letters were sent to 36 local DPO's (TD's and councillors in the Drogheda area). The letters detailed the mission, vision and impacts that Habitat ReStore has.
Habitat ReStore, the charity’s social enterprise, helps low income families improve their homes at low-cost, supports people of different abilities and backgrounds to learn new skills and diverts tonnes of reusable waste from landfill.
The letter also mentioned that the DPO would be welcome to visit ReStore when open, or meet with Chief Executive (Jenny Williams) for more information about Habitat's work in Ireland.
