Specific Details Following a request for a meeting from Minister Sean Fleming to discuss the Government’s Action Plan for Insurance Reform, and the new Personal Injuries Guidelines, I wrote to Minister Fleming on 1 April outlining my support for the reform proposals and my views on other insurance matters. A meeting was subsequently held to provide the Minister and his officials with RSA’s views on the new Personal Injuries Guidelines and the proposals for new powers for PIAB.

Intended results To update the Minister and his officials on RSA's views on the new Personal Injuries Guidelines from the Judicial Council as well as the reform measures in the Government's Action Plan for Insurance Reform, including new powers for the Personal Injuries Assessment Board.
