Introduce COVID-19 Rapid testing to Ireland by sourcing antibody tests from Switzerland and Europe (Poland), Assistance to obtain good quality PPE, and Sanitising equipment. Put a policy in place for testing incoming and outgoing flight passengers and introduce COVID-19 test certificates for international travel.
