Intended results Call on Minister to carry out a Human Rights Impact Assessment regarding regulations Raise concerns regarding garda enforcement of regulations. Submit recommendations for content of Covid 19 Regulations. Call for disaggregated statistics on infection and death rates according to nationality, ethnicity, disability, gender and age. We also want to see statistics on infection and death rates in residential settings broken down further into care, detention and direct provision settings.
