Specific Details Implement Section 80, 3.13 of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance Education and Training Act (2012) which states that “exemptions and waivers may be provided for in specified circumstances”.

Intended results To waive the proposed Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) fees for community education providers and continue to work towards a more inclusive, quality further education and training system.
