Specific Details In relation to the National Broadband Plan, we commented that any State intervention in a telecommunications network must result in an open-access infrastructure. It is enet's belief that open-access will drive the policy benefits that the State requires i.e. ubiquitous, next generation broadband services with ample competition in the market making services affordable.
