Specific Details On Thursday the 5th of September Northside Partnership hosted a meeting with an Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar and representatives from community and voluntary organisations working within the Northside Partnership catchment. The meeting was organised at the request of Minister Richard Bruton.

Intended results The Taoiseach requested the meeting with community organisations following a number of violent murders within the Northside Partnership catchment. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the Taoiseach of the impact of violent crime on communities and for the Taoiseach to hear from those delivering services in disadvantaged communities.

Meeting (1)

Northside Partnership hosted a meeting at which An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, Minister for Communications, Climate Action and the Environment, Deputy Sean Haughey and Senator Catherine Noone were present. The meeting took the form of an open discussion forum in wich representatives from attending organisations spoke to the Taoiseach regarding the key issues impacting upon their services and supports.
