Intended results Reduction in the cost of insurance to sustainable levels. Most particularly through the establishment of a dedicated Garda Insurance Fraud Unit Establishment of the Judicial Council and the Personal Injuries Guidelines Committee Publication of a schedule of forecast reductions in insurance costs for planned reforms. Improvement in transparency of insurance industry
