Email from John Byrne, Drury Porter Novelli, to Deputy John Lyons on September 28th highlighting the concerns of The Westbury Hotel on the city center traffic proposals put forward by Dublin City Council and the NTA. Deputy Lyons raised this matter with the Minister for Transport by way of a Parliamentary Question asking if an assessment of the potential impacts on city center businesses would be undertaken. The Minister’s reply was provided by Deputy Lyons to John Byrne of Drury Porter Novelli in response.
