Specific Details
Rezoning portion of Tara Co-Op Property, Cooldrinagh, Lucan, Co. Dublin as part of 2016-2022 South Dublin Develoopment Plan. The land had a Local Zoning Objective (LZO) as part fo the 2010-2016 Development Plan. This was removed in the draft Development Plan. As part of the development plan process, we made a submission that the portion of land occupied by buildings by given an Enterprise Led Regeneration Zoning and we wanted to inform the Lucan Councillors of the submission.
Intended results
Secure Enterprise Led Regeneration Zoning for portion of Tara Co-Op site occupied by buildings.
