Email (21-30)
Email communication with Councillors and other local DPOs in relation to the issues of transport, housing and planning. The objective of these communications was to raise awareness of the interaction between these three themes to prevent separate treatment. * Note that activity extent for emails reference the number of different emails rather than volume as per the direction of the Standards in Public Office.
Letter (1)
A letter discussing city centre issues was sent by the Chamber to the relevant Director of Service within Dublin City Council. The letter sought to arrange a meeting to discuss the Luas Cross City construction and operations to ensure that the Chamber's objective of keeping the City 'Open for Business' was being achieved.
Meeting (6-10)
Meetings at which the Chamber's policy positions were discussed were attended by DPOs. These meetings include the Dublin City Centre Business Forum a Ministerial Forum, and the 'Open for business' forum dealing with the Luas Cross City works. There were a number of events organised by the Chamber or others with open invitations to DPOs that Chamber staff attended and discussed the policy issues raised in this campaign filing.
