As Chair of the Forest Industry Transport Group Mr Phelan engaged with FITG members in provision of a forum to discuss issues relating to timber haulage, identify international best practice and encourage innovation in areas concerning timber transport. As Coillte Distribution Manager we have made this submission to government of behalf of FITG
