Content of conversation related to Ireland's increasing diversity and need for public policy, especially in relation to integration, to reflect that. Need for all local authorities to have local integration strategies, need for new National Action Plan Against Racism (last one expired in 2008), need for reform of immigration system to ensure it is fair and transparent.
