December 17th 2018 sent an informal request for assistance to inquire about and update on the status of a visa application for a disabled Moldovan orphan who was invited to spend christmas with a host family in Ireland and if the application would be processed before the Christmas break. The child had previously been successful in being given visas for travel over the previous 3 years and had abided by all the rules and conditions of the visa.
