Intended results To ask the Irish government to take all possible steps within its mandate in order to ensure that EU organs and entities do not undermine the EU’s principled position and firm stand on freedom of expression, association and assembly where Israel and civil society organisations are concerned, urging it therefore to reject the proposal to adopt IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism in the Council Declaration at the upcoming meeting of Justice and Home Affairs Council on 6 December 2018.
